Our next cruise is going to have some

Counting down the days until we sail the Carnival Venezia with family & friends!

We are anxiously counting down the days until our next cruise to board the beautiful Carnival Venezia sailing out of Manhattan on September 8th, 2023!!

This ship was originally owned by Costa, a sister company that falls under the Carnival Corp. umbrella, which was the Costa Venezia. Even though the ship is now owned by Carnival Cruise Lines, they kept the same funnel and the same beautiful Venetian theming inside the ship. So it will have the same old Carnival fun, but with an Italian twist!

She has a similar layout to a Vista Class ship, but she is classified as a Venice Class ship.

And now lets talk about parties!

This sailing will include the staple 80’s Rock & Glow party, a White Hot party, and a new party that we never experienced in our 23 cruises…an Italian Street Party! This party will be on the Lido deck (where most of the parties are) but it will feature Italian music, street food and fun for the whole family!

Oh… and one thing we are definitely doing on our 1st elegant night is dressing up and wearing these:

Yes, these are Venetian masks! Hey, when you are in Rome..or should I say, when in Venice, do as the Venetians do!

We thought it would just be a fun way to have our traditional pictures done.
